A tracking ID will be shared after dispatch.

2. Return Policy

Eligible only if:​

• Item arrives damaged

• Defective lamp

• Wrong product

• Issue reported within 48 hours

Proof (photos/videos) may be requested.

​

Not eligible:

• Custom lamps

• Damage after delivery

• Minor handcrafted variations

• Late reports

Eligible returns are replaced or refunded.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds apply when:

• The product is damaged/defective

• Replacement is not possible or desired

Refunds take 5–7 business days after approval.

• Handcrafted items may vary slightly.

• Electronics have a 6-month warranty.

• Ensure correct address & contact details.
